1. Please open your Chatdesk Trends dashboard. From here, please visit Settings > Channels > Shopify > Add Shopify Account

  2. Add your Shopify Store Url (e.g. YourCompany.myshopify.com)

Click “Explore” at the top of the screen to return to the main dashboard. Filter feedback by product, order count, customer spend, customer tags.
