This guide will walk you through the steps to setup Yotpo as a new channel with Chatdesk Trends.

1. Visit your Yotpo store settings

2. Copy the API Credentials 

3. Please open your Chatdesk Trends dashboard. From here, please visit Settings > Channels > Yotpo > New

4. Enter your company name and add your App Key and Secret Key

Your Yotpo account is now linked with Chatdesk Trends!

All reviews will be tagged automatically as they are received. Click “Dashboard” at the top of the screen to return to the main dashboard. You can use the “Channels” drop down to filter feedback by channel.
