This guide will walk you through the steps to setup Twitter as a new channel with Chatdesk Teams.
- Please open your Chatdesk Teams dashboard. From here, please visit Settings > Channels > Twitter > Add Twitter Account
- Login with the your company’s Twitter account
- Authorize Chatdesk to view Twitter messages
Your Twitter account is now linked with Chatdesk Teams!
All Twitter messages and Timeline tweets will automatically be sent to Experts as they are received.
