This guide will walk you through the steps to setup Gorgias as a new channel with Chatdesk Trends.
Open your Chatdesk Trends dashboard. From here, please visit Settings > Channels > Gorgias > Add Gorgias account
Provide your Gorgias subdomain in the field. For example, if the URL you use to visit Gorgias is
https://theamazingcompany.gorgias.com, you only need to enter
theamazingcompanyinto the field:
3. Click "Submit".
Your Gorgias account is now linked with Chatdesk Trends!
