This guide will walk you through the steps to setup Instagram as a new channel with Chatdesk Teams.
Enable your Teams dashboard to automatically tag comments on your Instagram posts as well as @ mentions on external posts.
Ensure that your Instagram page is linked to a Facebook Page - Details
Please open your Chatdesk Teams dashboard. From here, please visit Settings > Channels > Instagram > Add Instagram Account
Login with a Facebook Account that has admin access to the Facebook page (that is linked to your company Instagram account)
Authorize Chatdesk to view the list of Instagram Accounts then select your company Instagram Accounts you would like to be tagged
Your Instagram account is now linked with Chatdesk Teams!
All Instagram comments and mentions will automatically be sent to Experts as they are received.
