What can I customize about the emails?
Right now, Retain AI sends emails that do not require any customization or edits.
We do this for a few reasons:
It means you don’t have to do any work at all, so you can start driving repeat orders right away.
We work with brands like Olaplex, Shea Moisture and Mars Inc. and have proven that this personalization and discount strategy gives you the best chance to maximize ROI.
We use AI to build the emails and to improve quality and conversion automatically over time.

How much does Retain AI cost?
Retain AI is free until your first conversion. After your first conversion, you will be billed $49 per month.
How do I get support or provide feedback?

How many times can the generated discount codes be used?
The personalized discount code can be used once and expires 30 days from when the email is sent to a customer.
What if I want to pause messages?
You can pause at any time, right through the Shopify App. Just hit the “Pause for now” button in the top right corner of the app.
What if I want to send from my own domain?
