<b>This guide will walk you through the steps to setup TikTok Shop as a new channel with Chatdesk.</b>

Ensure you are logged into the TikTok Shop account you wish to connect. 

Open your <a href="https://teams.chatdesk.com/dashboard" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Chatdesk Teams dashboard</a>. From here, please visit Settings &gt; Channels &gt; <a href="https://teams.chatdesk.com/company/connectchannels" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Connect New Channel</a> -&gt; TikTok Shop.

Authorize the requested permissions when prompted.  

1. Ensure you are logged into the TikTok Shop account you wish to connect. 
2. Open your <a href="https://teams.chatdesk.com/dashboard" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Chatdesk Teams dashboard</a>. From here, please visit Settings &gt; Channels &gt; <a href="https://teams.chatdesk.com/company/connectchannels" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Connect New Channel</a> -&gt; TikTok Shop.
3. Authorize the requested permissions when prompted.
